Re-Qualification should take place whenever there is a modification or change from the existing state in any temperature controlled unit and should be done as soon as possible after the event.

Re-qualification will also be required when a part that is not like-for-like replacement is installed in any temperature-controlled unit after the initial qualification has been completed.
