Temperature Technologies temperature mapping for transport enables clients to see the real temperature distribution in the transportation process. Every temperature mapping test is performed after consultation with the client to determine requirements.
At the end of the process a detailed report with a description of the temperature distribution, graphical presentation, and statistics is generated. This knowledge enables the client to eliminate potential deviations in the cold logistics supply chain.
Phase 1: Scope the mapping study as per our customers requirements and regulatory obligations
Phase 2: Conduct a risk assessment detailing current risks for consideration (i.e. Defrost Cycle, Door Openings, Equipment Failure etc.)
Phase 3: Produce a Qualification and Validation Protocol detailing the OQ (Operational Qualification) and PQ (Performance Qualification). This protocol will be signed off by both parties.
Phase 4. Our Engineer will install our temporary calibrated sensors in the “at risk” locations. The study will commence with the OQ activities.
Phase 5: The PQ study will commence thereafter and which is “under normal operations”.
Phase 6: Our Engineer will retrieve the temporary calibrated sensors and download back at our offices.
Phase 7: A full Temperature Mapping Report will be produced detailing the temperature profile throughout the studies including any recommendations.
Following review, this report will be signed off by both parties.
Each qualification phase is performed according to the procedures described in a protocol. The protocol identifies all the necessary steps required in order to perform and document the qualification activities during the specific phase.
A summary report will be generated for each individual protocol.
